About this forum
For coaches who want to master holding pressure and discomfort with themselves and their clients. You can't take a client where you haven't been. We'll support you to address your core egoic patterns that keep you from your own deep peace and surrendered trust.
With decades of experience facilitating forums around the globe (YPO, CLG, Vistage, EO, Kauffman Fellows), we know what it takes to create the conditions for sustainable transformation:
- Disruption is key, which requires being meaningfully uncomfortable
- Consistent practice between Forum meetings is a non-negotiable
- Being careful gets in the way. Unedited feedback is expected
- Collective transparency is a core commitment. That means no secrets
- Aversions are named so shadows can be liberated and connections deepened

"Participating in a Forum has been among the most transformational experiences I've ever had — helping me to see when I'm operating from a disempowering context and giving me the tools to shift to an empowering one so that I can take responsibility for my experience and create what I want in my business and life. I use what I learned nearly everyday in my own work coaching and training leaders, and in my personal life."
"I found Forum to be edgy but not scary. I got as much challenge out of it as I wanted and as much vulnerability as I was comfortable with. There was a really nice allowance to meet me where I was. The retreat also was exceptionally fun. Seriously, the retreat was one of the most fun two days I've ever had in my whole life. And I've had a lot of fun. So that's saying something."
