About this intensive

In this intensive, we support you to identify all the ways you are keeping yourself from being the most potent, awake, and aware leader so you can skillfully navigate a rapidly changing and complex world.

We will support you to:

• Take radical responsibility for your life
• Tell the truth when it costs you something
• Stay present when you'd rather default to a habitual pattern
• Welcome physical and emotional discomfort instead of soothing
• Challenge deeply held belief systems
• Eliminate fear-driven obligations and "shoulds"

Details

• Dates: Nov 4–7, 2026
• Who: 20 Changemakers and 3 or more Facilitators
• Length: 3.5 days
• What: Practices, tools, and transformational experiences to bring you into integrity. You'll leave with new awareness, skills, tools, and community to support you to sustain a more continuous state of energetic alignment and aliveness as you lead in the world
• Where: Private retreat center near Santa Cruz, CA — 50 minutes from SJC, 90 minutes from SFO
• Cost: $8,500

Agreements

I agree to:

• Take 100% responsibility for my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being throughout the Integrity Reset
• Stay curious in the face of all challenging feedback, including looking at the opposite of all of my stories
• Commit to giving direct feedback to my peers and facilitators
• Participate in the entire session, including arriving on time and staying until the end
• Surrender all devices at the beginning of the intensive. They will be returned at the end. You will receive a contact number for your family in the case of emergency
• Pay in full by the due date. There are no refunds
• Complete homework assignments (1 hour a month)
• Complete an Enneagram assessment/interview (unless you have been professionally typed)

You will be asked to participate in a discussion group with fellow participants and facilitators up to a month before this event and a month after. There is an option for a 30-minute 1:1 coaching call 30–60 days after the event.
