Coaches Intensive

About this intensive

Many coaches are too careful. They hold space, reflect, and advise, yet their clients continue to recycle unconscious patterns.

This intensive is for coaches ready to stop colluding with their clients' comfort and start offering what transformation actually requires: loving, precise, and sometimes relentless pressure.

Over three immersive days, you will train in context coaching using The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership and the Enneagram. You will learn to see the egoic pattern beneath the presenting problem, name it without flinching, and apply the kind of pressure that liberates rather than destabilizes.

You will also turn the lens on yourself. Your Enneagram style, your unconscious beliefs, your own discomfort with conflict.

Come prepared to give pressure and receive it. To work in the group field where nothing hides. To make full contact with your own uncomfortable sensations rather than managing them into neutrality.

• Cost: $7,500

Agreements

I agree to:

• Take 100% responsibility for my physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being throughout the intensive
• Stay curious in the face of all challenging feedback, including looking at the opposite of all of my stories
• Commit to giving direct feedback to participants and facilitators
• Participate in the entire session, including arriving on time and staying until the end
• Surrender all devices at the beginning of the intensive. They will be returned at the end. You will receive a contact number for your family in the case of an emergency
• Pay in full by the due date. There are no refunds
• Complete an Enneagram assessment/interview (unless you have been professionally typed)

You will be asked to participate in a discussion group up to a month before this event and a month after, and have the option for a one-hour 1:1 coaching call 30–60 days after the event.
