Prerequisite

We require the top leader to be well versed in the 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership before we work with the team. Otherwise the leader needs to coach or be in a Forum with Diana or Deb Katz before we work with the team, to ensure they can skillfully support and sustain the team's transformation process.
